AI Operations Partner
You don't need to hire an AI team. You need an AI operations partner.
Most AV integrators know AI could change how they quote, support, and scale. Almost none have anyone who can actually build it. So we do it for you. Two months: your AI agents deployed, one full-stack web application built, and your team trained to keep going without us.
$3,000/month USD. Two month commitment, then month to month.
The problem
Every integrator has the same AI story.
It starts with real intent. Someone reads about AI, the leadership team agrees it matters, maybe a licence gets bought. Then the quarter gets busy. The person who was going to own it is the same person closing jobs and putting out fires. Six months later the licence is still sitting there and nothing has been built.
The villain is not your competition. It is the AI project that never ships.
Nobody owns it
Your sharpest people are billable. None of them have a spare day a week to learn a new platform properly.
Nobody knows what to build first
AI can do a hundred things. Only three of them matter for your business, and picking wrong is expensive and demoralizing.
Nothing survives the handoff
Even good pilots die when the person who built it gets pulled onto a project or leaves the company.
The cost of waiting
There are three ways to do this. Two of them hurt.
Hire an AI lead
A hundred and fifty thousand a year and up, six to twelve months before they are genuinely productive, and you have to already understand AI well enough to hire the right person. Most integrators do not.
Do it yourself
Pull your best operator off billable work. Best case it takes a year. Realistically it stalls at the second busy quarter, and now you have a half-built thing nobody trusts.
Bring in an operator
Someone who has run an AV business, builds it in weeks instead of quarters, and trains your team while doing it. When they leave, the capability stays.
Why us
We have run AV businesses. That is the whole difference.
Most AI consultants have never seen a rack elevation or argued about labour rates on a Friday afternoon. We spent fifteen years in the AV channel: manufacturer rep, distribution, and VP-level integration leadership through two acquisitions and a near doubling of revenue.
That means we do not need six weeks to understand your workflow. We already know what a scope call sounds like, why two estimators price the same room differently, and which parts of your process are actually worth automating. We also know which parts are not, which saves you more money than the automation does.
The plan
Four steps. About sixty days.
Discovery
A structured session with the people who live inside the workflow, run with XCHANGE facilitation methodology. We map what actually happens today, clean up the process with a Lean Six Sigma pass, then find the one thing worth building first. Automating a broken process just makes it fail faster.
We build
Full-stack web apps, MCP servers, AI agents, and internal tools. All of it handled by us on the Alchemist Cloud platform, built against your real work rather than a sandbox demo.
Your team learns
Weekly calls with your operator, hands-on training, and your existing skills, custom GPTs, and projects transferred onto the platform. They learn on the thing we are building for them, which is the only training that sticks.
Then you take the reins
Keep building on Studio Plus at $599 per month, or keep us on month to month until you do not need us anymore. Either way everything we built stays yours and stays running.
In two months you get
A proposal builder, a commissioning checklist tool, a rack validator, a service intake system. We find the one worth building first on the discovery call, then build it.
After two months
Then you take the reins.
Everything we build lives in your own AVCodex account. The agents, the application, the knowledge bases, the code. You have full control of all of it from day one, not at the end of some handover process.
And the platform's autonomous builders mean your team can keep going without us. Describe the feature you want and it gets planned, built, reviewed, and deployed. That is how you add a field to the proposal builder, or a whole new module, or your second application entirely.
Keep building agents
Your team builds new agents whenever a workflow needs one. No ticket to us, no waiting.
Extend what we built
Add features to your application yourself. Describe what you want and the autonomous builder ships it.
Or build something new
The second application does not need us. Your team already knows how.
And if you would rather not, we stay month to month until you do not need us anymore.

Monthly
The AI Roundtable
Once a month we sit down with your organization or department and recap AI across your business. Where it is working. Where it needs help. What changed in the wider AI world that actually matters to you.
This is the part that turns a vendor into a partner. It is also the part that keeps you ahead instead of permanently catching up.
Investment
$3,000 per month.
Two month commitment, $6,000 total, then month to month. Includes a Studio Plus account with $200 of AI usage.
Two month commitment
$6,000 total to get your agents live and your first application built. Month to month after that.
No setup fee
Discovery starts the work, not a separate invoice.
You own the output
Agents, code, and knowledge bases are yours from day one.
Your $200 usage allotment is included. Usage beyond it passes through at direct model cost plus a 30% service fee, and it is genuinely small: roughly $75 in usage to build an agent, and a few hundred dollars for a full-stack web app. Custom software builds are scoped separately.
What changes
Sixty days from now.
FAQ
Questions.
Let's find the one thing worth building first.
A thirty minute call. We will tell you what we would build, roughly what it would change, and whether this is even the right fit. No pitch, no obligation.
