    Enterprise Whitelabel

Last updated · MAR 2026·Read as Markdown

Run AVCodex as your own branded AI platform on dedicated, single-tenant infrastructure. Optional Zero Data Retention mode for clients with strict privacy requirements.

Some AV firms want their own brand on the front door: a national integrator running an internal "AskOurEngineering" platform across 1,200 staff, a manufacturer offering an AI assistant to its dealer network, a managed-services provider giving every client a tenant of its own AI helpdesk. Enterprise Whitelabel turns AVCodex into that platform.

Note: Enterprise Whitelabel is custom-priced. Contact your AVCodex account team to scope and get a quote.

A single-tenant deployment of the AVCodex platform, customized for your organization. Instead of running on shared infrastructure, you get:

    Feature Standard Enterprise Whitelabel
    Infrastructure Shared multi-tenant Dedicated single-tenant
Branding AVCodex branding Your brand everywhere
    Database Shared database Isolated database
Region US-based Your choice of region
AI Models Full access Full access (same models)
    ZDR Mode Not available Optional

    Full Brand Control#

    Every touchpoint becomes yours:

    • Your logo replaces AVCodex branding across the platform.
    • Your colors in the admin UI.
    • Your domain (e.g. ai.yourintegrator.com).
    • Your email domain for transactional mail.
    • Your marketplace with curated templates and agents.

End-clients and dealers see your brand, not ours.

    Data Isolation#

Single-tenant means your data lives in its own environment:

    • Dedicated database. Your client data is never co-mingled.
    • Separate application stack. Your own deployment, not shared containers.
    • Regional deployment. Pick where it runs (US, EU, AU, BR, SA).
    • Compliance-friendly. Easier to satisfy regulatory expectations from federal, healthcare, or financial clients.

    Same Frontier AI Models#

Whitelabel does not mean fewer capabilities. You get the same model lineup as the standard platform:

    • OpenAI: GPT-5, GPT-5 Mini, o3, and others.
    • Anthropic: Claude Sonnet 4, Claude Opus 4, Claude 3.5 Haiku.
    • Google: Gemini 2.5 Pro, Gemini 2.5 Flash.
    • Open source: Llama, Mistral, and others via OpenRouter.

Your users benefit from the latest models, under your brand.

For clients with strict privacy requirements (federal agencies, healthcare AV, broadcast operations handling embargoed content, financial trading floors), Enterprise Whitelabel offers an optional ZDR mode.

    What ZDR Mode Does#

    When ZDR is on:

    • Stateless LLM calls. Only models that do not log or store request data are used.
    • No provider-side retention. Model providers do not retain prompts or responses.
    • Ephemeral processing. Data is processed and immediately discarded by the model provider.

What ZDR Mode Does Not Cover#

    Read this carefully:

    • Your database. Conversation history is still stored in your dedicated AVCodex database (which you control).
    • Application logs. Standard application logging still occurs inside your infrastructure.
    • Third-party services. Some application-layer services (analytics, error tracking) may still process data.

ZDR ensures the model provider does not retain your data. It does not eliminate all storage. Combined with single-tenant infrastructure, it is a much stronger privacy posture than a shared platform.

    When to Use ZDR Mode#

    Good fits:

    • Regulated industries. Healthcare AV, finance trading floors, legal review rooms.
    • Sensitive content. Boardrooms with M&A discussions, command-and-control rooms with classified content.
    • Compliance requirements. When you need to demonstrate data minimization.
    • Government contractors. Meeting federal data handling standards.
Warning: ZDR mode may restrict the model lineup, since not every provider offers zero-retention options. Talk to us about which models support ZDR for your use case.

    Platform Features#

Everything in the standard platform, plus:

    Category Features
Branding Custom logo, colors, domain, email domain
Infrastructure Dedicated database, application stack, region choice
Privacy ZDR mode (optional), data isolation
Billing Your own Stripe account, full revenue control
Marketplace Curated templates, hide or show official AVCodex content

    • Faster response times.
    • Direct engineering access for complex issues.
    • Regular check-ins and account reviews.

Enterprise Whitelabel is built with security in mind:

    • Encryption. Data encrypted at rest and in transit.
    • Access controls. Role-based access. SSO options available.
    • Audit logs. Full audit trail of platform activity.
    • Infrastructure isolation. Your data never touches another customer's environment.

For specific compliance requirements (SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR), contact us to discuss your needs and how we can support your security posture.

Enterprise Whitelabel turns AVCodex into your own AI platform: fully branded, isolated, and powered by the same frontier models the rest of the platform uses.
